Did you know that if you do not create an estate plan, the State of Idaho will create one for you?  My goal is to keep you in charge, so that you are the one to decide who will get your property, when they will get it, and, most importantly (in my opinion!), who will take care of your minor children and pets if necessary.  

I offer flat rate estate planning packages that range from a simple will to a revocable living trust. 

During a complimentary consultation session we will meet in person or by phone, at your direction, and discuss some of the following important questions:

guardian nomination

  • If you have minor children, who would you feel comfortable raising your kids if you could not?

Personal representative or trustee

  • Who do you want to administer your financial assets?

 Inheritance

  • Who do you want to leave your assets to?

  • How and when do you specifically want to leave assets to selected beneficiaries? Think about minor aged kids, financially immature beneficiaries, etc.
